Fan

Often times, it feels like maybe the Internet was a mistake. Misinformation and personal attacks run rampant as people yell at each other about almost anything. But every now and then, I'll stumble across something that is both amazing and too obscure to exist anywhere else. One such place that I'm a fan of is the Akiyuki Brick Channel on YouTube. It's filled with videos of these incredible machines built entirely out of Lego bricks. One of the most common themes is the Lego Great Ball Contraption which feature Rube Goldberg style mechanisms to move lego balls in the most elaborate way possible between two points. They are delightfully pointless machines and I'm impressed both by the skill required to come up with them and the massive collection of lego pieces needed to build them.
