Crispy
Crackers are snappy, bread can be crunchy, tortilla chips come close, but for crispy, nothing beats potato chips. I miss them. Right after I had pancreatitis, anything rich and oily was unappealing. That passed, but I have had occasional, but less severe, similar symptoms since that seem to be related to high fat foods. It's likely not my pancreas at this point and instead related to the polyp that was detected in my gallbladder. If it was bad enough, surgery to get the gallbladder removed would be an option, but between the occasional tylenol and a heating pad, I don't feel in enough pain to think that's necessary. I can still indulge a bit, but I need to be careful. So, I could eat some chips except that I don't have self control when it comes to them. After eating one, I feel like I want to finish the whole bag no matter how big it is, so I just avoid buying any of them.
