Ponytail

The last time I was in New York, there was a police horse that had coloration that reminded me more of a holstein cow than a horse. Its coat had black and white splotches. Lots of people stopped to take pictures of it and the officer seemed amused by, but used to, all the attention. As near as I can tell, the main reason they have police horses in New York is for public relations, so this one seemed to be doing its job quite well.
