Gargoyle

Does this count as a gargoyle? It's not at the top of a building and isn't made of stone, but it is a decorative downspout, and probably the closest I've been to something that might fit the bill. I first noticed it on a rainy day in Savannah. It was far more impressive with water shooting out of its mouth, but I was too busy trying to stay dry to take a picture of it then.
