Bluff

On my second last day in New York in 2019, I headed out to the northern most part of Manhattan to visit a bakery I had found on Google maps and the Met Cloisters which is home to the Unicorn Tapestries. The Cloisters is on top of a hill in the midst of Fort Tryon park and while there are other ways to get to it, I chose to walk up the hill through the park and take in the views of the bluffs across the Hudson river. It's a much quieter part of the city which, combined with my visit to the ER earlier in the trip, had me contemplating how long it would take an ambulance to get to me if I needed one. Thankfully, I didn't have a reason to find out.
