Crabby

When I visited San Francisco a number of years ago, I was fascinated by the bread shaping at Boudin Bakery at Fisherman's Wharf. They made the bread into a number of different shapes including bears, turtles, alligators, and crabs. The crab looked a lot like the sculpture pictured here and I still wonder which came first - the crab bread or sculpture. I made sure to have soup in a bread bowl there as well because that's what you are supposed to eat in San Francisco right?
