Tart Season

A friend of mine recently posted that it was citrus season, but for me, it seems to be tart season. I've made tarts three times recently - blood orange, peanut butter, and lime tarts. I think the peanut one could have been a bit lighter and it might have been fun to add some ribbons of jam across the top, but I'm pretty pleased with the results overall.

Now I just need to figure out what to make next. Maybe tart season is over and I should make cookies. It's cold and snowy outside and chocolate chip cookies would be really good right about now.
